Use this form to suppress an email address or phone number from DemandRelay and Kyntrava follow-up. The request is recorded into the same contact-rule controls used by the guarded lead workflow.

SMS STOP replies are also captured automatically through the DemandRelay SMS intake. This page exists for email footer, web, and manual do-not-contact requests.
